Ocean M&E are converse with various market sectors such as residential, industrial, office, health and education. Our knowledge in these sectors will ensure maximum commercial value is achieved within these projects whilst embracing the latest industry technology to reduce carbon emissions whilst ensuring the design is practical and has buildability.
Ocean M&E offer the following services: Air-conditioning, heating & ventilation, soils & wastes, hot & cold water services, sanitary ware & plumbing, power & lighting, intelligent lighting control, ICT/Data cabling, intruder alarm, CCTV, access control, fire alarms, photovoltaics, lightning protection and building management control systems.
Whilst this company is new, our experience is born out of 5 years running Oceans Electrics South West Ltd. They have provided highly skilled Electrical fitters in support of other building contractors working on large scale industrial and commercial projects.
As demand for our services increased, it became clear that our experience gained from this meant that we were ideally suited to undertake entire projects - and so Ocean Mechanical & Electrical services was born.
As a consequence we have built a highly skilled team of tradesman capable of taking on any project, regardless of size. All of our team have been trained through our sister company, Ocean Electrics South West, so our access to qualified, motivated tradesman is seamless.
Ocean M&E provide MEP services to all sectors of the building services/construction industry such as residential, industrial, healthcare and education.
Our preconstruction department will provide fixed price tenders for predesigned schemes/projects or design and build support to a client whilst ensuring compliance with all current MEP regulations.

Kevin & Karen have worked alongside Paul Earl electrical on various retail projects for our clients (Waitrose, John Lewis & Sainsbury’s) for several years now, and there are further opportunities this year (2016) to work with us on up and coming non retail projects.
